- Or zebra label printer
- Ensure the selected printer aligns with printer model

How to use
Must be using BLAZE POS version 26.03.46 & above. At this time, this is only applicable to fulfillment orders.
- Set up your fulfillment printer (either receipt or label)
- Upon sending an order to fulfillment, your fulfillment receipt or label (depending on your connected printer) will automatically print with the QR code
- If needed, you can reprint the QR code by going to the Orders section, finding the specific order, tapping the 3 vertical dots / more options, and selecting the print fulfillment ticket option
- Scan this QR code to pull up the order in the fulfillment stage
Troubleshooting Guide
Q: I don’t see an option for zebra labels in the fulfillment receipt settings section. Where is it?
A: This may be due to your BLAZE POS version being below 26.03.46. Please update your app or refresh your browser to get the latest version.
If that is not the case, then click the search printers CTA in the upper right corner of the printer settings, and that should search for any available printers.
Q: My printed QR codes are not pulling up the order like it should / was. How do I fix this?
A: This may be due to where your QR code was printed and is being scanned. QR codes printed from the Fulfilment App (fulfillment.blaze.me) are not compatible with scanning on the BLAZE POS, and vice versa. You must print QR codes from the system you want to scan them on
Q: My labels are being cut off and the QR code is not printing on it like it should / was. How do I fix this?
A: Navigate to the zebra setup utilities. Select the appropriate printer, tap the configure printer settings. Set the orientation to inverted, save, then reset to normal, and save. This will reset your alignment and you can reattempt to print the label.
